  1. I need to get more flexible in my legs and hips for my martial arts class
I just did the entire video stretch, but I’ve been stretching for a week now.
    Very good exercises !

  2. The sciences has proven that human body system are able to heal sciatica pain in a natural way, without using any synthetic medicines, experience painful surgery, as well as changing your diet.

    1. _Is the sciatica pain causing misery and inconvenience in your life?_

    1. +PsycheTruth hi, would this helps with muscle cramps? and spasms? i usually get them on my rib cage area..

  3. Thank you! I’m a 60-yr-old female retired truck driver. 30+ years bouncing down the highway has done sooo much damage to my body, compacting my spine, as well as all joints, ligaments, etc.  These few stretches help get me back to moving around much better. Posture has improved greatly, and I can walk without any pain now. I also have sciatica, partially as a result of diabetic neuropathy, partially from pinching the sciatic nerve when I cough a lot from asthma. I felt a pop in my lower back the first two times I was stretched out on the floor, and when I was done , the sciatica had stopped. When I missed four days, I could tell everything had tightened up again, so I know I need to do them every day. Only “problem” I have is, I get so relaxed, I almost go to sleep laying there. And I am someone who has never ever been able to relax. Thank you for making my life so much eaier. God bless you for putting this on youtube.

  4. This is such a helpful video. Most “beginner” yoga videos show asanas I can’t even imagine doing at this stage. But this video is very beginner (and age) friendly.

  5. My hamstrings are so tight! I’m 14 and they weren’t like this 2 years ago! I used to be able to touch my toes, and now I can’t 🙁

    1. +DoleBite It’s completely normal, so don’t worry. It’s just your body changing and developing. Keep stretching and you’ll get back to the way you were. Maybe you’ll get even more flexible.

  6. my favorite video to watch when i wake up in the morning a need a nice, but easy stretch to wake myself up. i also suffer from very poor posture so these help out so much! thank you!

    1. +deez nutz This is why I love her videos. I haven’t found any other yoga videos that are helpful for beginners. So happy I found Jen, it gave me hope that I am able to do yoga even if I can’t touch my toes yet >.<

  7. Thank you so much, Jen!!! I’ve been suffering with lower back pain for over a year now and these stretches helped a lot. Idk the info about the hips and glutes being tight which can cause pain. WOW!!! These stretches really made a difference. I need to stretch equal to the intense cardio workouts I do. Thanks for your videos. I’ve already looked @ 3. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

  8. Finally a video that says it is for beginning and then is taught for beginners. Slow pace, gentle way, good information. All equal a really helpful video. My hips are tight and wanted something to change that. Thank you.
