I did yoga for many years when I was in my late teenager years but stopped due to socialising and boyfriend, gained SO much weight and now I came across your video and started again! I feel SO great. Very first time trying yoga at home after deciding sth to do with my body cuz’ after giving birth my baby boo, my body is as same as my bundle of joy everyday… 😀 I found her and Sanela is my very first yoga virtual teacher.   7. I started doing yoga about 2 weeks ago. I am 56 years old and have gained about 40lbs over the last 15 years. So I found a big space in my house and sat down determined to just get through one yoga video. I started a few other videos but just wasnt feeling it. Then I found you 😊. I just enjoyed your flow (just learning yoga lingo lol). I really felt it and felt amazing! I choose a random video of yours every day, and the last few days I am so intp it I have increased my yoga time from 20 minutes to 1 hour a day! My body is changing!!!     1. here’s a few suggestions for doing yoga to lose weight
      Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
      Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you
      (I learned these and the reasons they work on Betwans yoga blog website )

  10. I started doing yoga about 5 weeks ago, as a way to get more strength and energy, and to get fit and lose weight. I’m a 44 year old female that became separated in November after 17 years of marriage. I was depressed for a while, but then I finally came through that and decided I wanted to fight and make changes for myself. Finally getting motivated to lose weight and get fit is one of the big changes I’ve taken on. I fell in love with yoga right away. I love how it makes me feel all around; physically, mentally and emotionally. I’ve found myself in tears a few times, because it is such an awakening and release! I only wish I would have started sooner!

    This is by far one of the better trainers and video that I have found. I will definitely be working out to her a lot more in the future. I just love her attitude and words of encouragement. If only I could have her as a personal trainer! 💜💜💜
