  4. I love how this video is so relaxing, so many workout videos push too hard and it makes you not want to do them but I love that this one is so chill and makes you feel confident even if you can’t do the moves just right.

    1. Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else is searching for wants to uncover best yoga fitness programs try Jadonite Yoga Fitness Buddy (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbor got great results with it.

    1. There are several factors in doing yoga to lose weight. One resource I found which successfully combines these is the Yaras yoga tactics (check it out on google) without a doubt the most useful guide i’ve seen. Check out all the interesting info .

  6. I’m not giving a thumbs up or down. I loved the positions but this video just was-not.for.me.There is no doubt it’s my generation (born 1971). But I must be honest… Too much comedy and giggling. Too little music and calming sensations.

    1. jilsha pk if You felt the burn in your muscles i did From this you’d Eat your words.it may not be aerobic but it is a workout.

    2. +jilsha pk Actually, the definition of exercise is: activity requiring physical effort, carried out especially to sustain or improve health and fitness. So even though yoga is much *more* than just exercise, it is *also* exercise.

  7. As a beginner i love it!! And the fooling around.. Well why not? I can tell there is much love between them as a close friend and i laughed to it too.. Its not so much about all exercise like she said have fun, laugh.. Its the best medicine! Love u those who have positive vibes !!

  8. Funny and fun to do but not enough actual yoga for my tastes…loved the outfit too. Just sad that there wasn’t more to this video! I will give tomorrow another chance with another video from this series and hoping it has more substance!

  9. I started doing yoga and was able to continue for 3 months. I then took a long 3 month break of absolutely nothing. I felt like my body was purging the toxins today. *This Video : **https://plus.google.com/u/3/+AbdullaAlArafat/posts/HWkM4gN7hE5** :).* I couldn’t get through more than 27 minutes, but I know practice is the key so will keep at it until I am able to perform side by side with you. Really like how you explain the positions and how the muscles must feel. I think that really helps in aligning myself with the correct posture for a pose.

    1. Great video. I had done yoga a handful of times before trying this video. She does a great job of explaining the poses and keeping you focused on breathing. I found this challenging enough where want to continue to use this same video to improve but not so difficult that it would turn off a beginner to yoga.

    2. I have done various yoga videos, and this is a great one whether you’re a novice or have done quite a few classes – she takes you through simple poses up to more advanced, explaining each as she goes. It’s fast if you’re a novice, but you won’t get bored with it once you’ve done it 20 times, which is important to me. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this video.
