  1. omg, I did 80%. I have never done yoga before, after years of running away I was reluctant. I am hooked!! thank you! keep it weird!

    1. I made it to 45 mins plus a 15 min stretch before and It’s my 2nd time really I use a few of the 20 min workouts I started to cry a little during dolphin pose and I rested during it but he rest of the video I did it 🙂 thank you this was defiantly a CHALLENGE! :>

    2. +Emo Puppy good job dude, definitely helps to keep doing it and controlling your body as well. I hope to one day perfect the poses.

  2. You are by far the best yoga teacher for weight loss I have ever had….can’t believe I found this through youtube! Along with daily meditation and a vegan lifestyle, your yoga videos really have contributed to me feeling the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been 🙂

  3. I just want to tell you that I absolutely LOVE your both 1 hour long videos, they we are accesible for beginners (like me) but still a challenge! they are wonderful for days when I have more time. and I really like the way you explain everything! I hope you’ll soon make another one, because there aren’t many long beginner friendly yoga sessions on you tube 🙂
a big thank you very much for your time and effort!

    1. +Magdalena Jankowska so true.. i don’t know alot about yoga and the experiences I’ve had haven’t been fun. But I love these videos.

    2. I lost 25 pounds quickly by having an efficient diet. It had been my sister who gave this diet for me personally like a bithday present. I made the dietary plan and also the first week I lost a great deal after which I continued to shed weight. Tell me if I’m after this one on this website here *TOP2DIET . COM*

  4. Last night, I slept like a baby I slept really deeply and soundly!! When I woke up this morning, mu core was a little sore but as the day wore on, the soreness from the previous day gradually crept in so weird and it was the deep muscles that were sore despite that but I feel just excellent after your workout your the best and yes please do more one hour workouts deffinitely!!

    1. ❤ I weigh 232…I want to get down to 160…how long did you do the 2 videos and did you do both everyday or did you alternate between the two each day?

    1. +Angela D That is my struggle. I expect instant results and get super bummed when I don’t lose inches after working out once and I give up. I’m definitely trying this time to keep going and persevering. I’ve posted motivational pictures and stuff to help me keep on track.

  5. HI Vetra! I really enjoyed this session. Things I found particularly difficult as someone who took a break from yoga for a while, was the dolphin pose and the moving forearm plank. Otherwise, I felt quite powerful in comparison to the first time I did this workout. I was just going through the motions, barely breathing, eyes closed in anticipation for the workout to be over, and constantly falling into child’s pose. This time around, I felt like my breath was propelling me into each pose and it reminded why I started doing yoga in the first place. So thanks, Vetra

  6. *I have been taking WeightLossGreenStoreTea for eight days and I love it. Since the very first day I have felt a sense of well being. I sleep better at night and have more energy during the day. My mental outlook is very happy along with a lot of calmness in my very hectic life. I highly recommend this product to everyone*

  7. Do you ever do any yoga for people with knee injuries?  I can’t do the tabletop position as I’ve had bilateral knee replacements.  I feel that this limits my participation in a lot of practices.

  8. favorite colour: purple too (and black
    prefer rain to sun
baby pose felt good at end
long work-out 1H feel rewardind and completee although hard
thanks Your voice is as sweet as your smile

  9. omg I can’t believe I finished throughout the whole video. I don’t think I have a favorite color until I realized that everything in my room is violet so, violet is my favorite color then XD

  10. Been religiously taking the Weight loss green store tea for 8 days and I’ve lost 3 pounds already. No diet needed as it naturally suppressed my appetite and cravings without feeling weak for an entire day. Recommended.

    1. +Susan Wize weight loss green store tea is an awesome product. I have used it on and off for about 3 months now. I always have great results.

  11. This workout was awesome. I feel great! Followed the whole video, with the exception of 2 pauses. That dolphin pose almost killed me. Thank you so much!!

    1. I love how this was shot where I live. And this is the best 1 hour of yoga I have ever done. Thanks so much! I’m sweating and I feel open. Feelin blessed. I like sunny days and the color orange

    2. Thanks for your very interesting post, here are a few more tips on how to get fit with yoga…
Take a deep breath out: Often we equate yoga with some limb-twisting poses. And aren’t you sometimes concerned that: “I can’t even touch my toes, how can I do yoga?” Yoga is not about touching your toes, or stretching 98 degrees to your north-east. It’s a simple process of uniting with yourself – using your breath, body and the mind. And it’s easy and effortless.
Take the Experts Help to Learn Yoga: If you have a medical condition, inform your yoga instructor prior to the commencement of the training. It will help the teacher customize your yoga posture practice.
Simple wearing, high thinking: Wear comfortable clothing while going for the yoga class or when practicing yoga at home. Also, avoid wearing belts or excessive jewellery as it could get in the way of yoga practice.
A lighter stomach aids to your yoga practice: it’s a good idea to practice on an empty stomach or at least 2-3 hours after your last meal. Also it’s advised to at least have 3 to 4 litres of water during the day as it will help you to flush out the toxins out of the body which are released during your yoga practice.
Smile to take you through the miles: See the difference for yourself. Keeping a gentle smile relaxes the body and mind and helps you enjoy the yoga postures much more.
(I discovered these and the reasons they work from Betwans yoga blog website )

    3. I have spent months studying yoga to reduce weight and found a fantastic website at Betwans yoga blog (look it up on google)
