  1. Downtown LA is dirty and run down. Most first time visitors are thoroughly unimpressed. Even Hollywood is largley a dump. Skip it and hit Monterey, Santa Barbara, etc.

    1. We will mostly just be hanging out at the hotel for the conference, if we do any sight-seeing it will be in a park or a beach!! 🙂

  2. Love your workout, so glad you did a power yoga for beginners, so going to try this today. I also wanted to say love the way you did your hair you look great. Moreover  the way you decorated the room adds a lot of warmth and a feeling of invitation to do the workout. Once again Courtney great workout.

    2. I did the practice it was great, I mean you really don’t know how much this video and your foundation yoga videos have helped me. I really thought I would never ever get as flexible as I have. I have tried numerous yoga videos before and they just didn’t cut it; I really think it’s time you put into the instruction and the quality of your practice that helped me so immensely. I am not able to go and take yoga class because of financial restraints; so you videos are like having my own personal instructor, please keep up the good work can’t wait Courtney to see you next yoga video.

  5. This video is absolutely not mind-relaxing! The movements should be in a squence of order however, you only jump from one pose to another. And I hate your fake energy and smile. This would be the worst example for yoga.

    1. Gizem Vural I love your comment. I just have to say that. I know this is from a year ago. Yoga is a spiritual practice that comes from India I wish they’d all stop asking questions about their hair etc. It’s extremely disrespectful to India point blank period. Yoga is meant to connect you to your soul and bring mindfulness. I’ve also noticed how some of these women barely ware clothes. Like Chile please take your behind somewhere else with that mess. Lolz .

  6. love the yoga but talking about other things like clothes your hair traveling to LA makes me lose my focus and can be very frustrating

    1. Completely Agree!!! This drives me absolutely crazy in YouTube yoga videos! So hard to find an online instructor who guides holistically! Yoga should be a meditation, a healing time for your soul as much as a time for exercise. Not a friggen Vlog.

  7. Yoga needs to be practised in a calm and peaceful environment, the talking and questioning etc was too loud and unnecessary for my liking. Couldn’t last 30 seconds. Sorry

    1. Agreed! I highly recommend Karen Parker Yoga here on YouTube, she is an amazing instructor! Peaceful, meditative, holistic, and she has videos of all lengths, for every level.

    1. I had to take a break 10 minutes in and I’m nowhere near flexible enough or strong enough to support myself to do some of these poses.

      I managed to follow for ten minutes and then switched to dumbells workout because I was already 45 minutes in my overall workout and didn’t want to waste the heart rate.

      this I find easier to follow because she (somewhat) explains the poses and does them slower than that guy does.

    1. 1. It’s an instructional video; talking is a great way to give instructions. 2. Yoga instructors often talk a good amount. I think if you go to a class, you’ll find them more annoying than this instructor.

    2. Depends on weight. At 250 lbs it is not a beginner but like take about a year of training from knowing nothing.

  8. not enough verbal instructions, if you aren’t watching, which is not possible most of the time, you won’t have a clue what you should be doing.

    1. Gay Marglin I think there was a lot of verbal instructions but they were very unclear and she moved on so fast it was hard to follow unless you were watching – which sometimes isn’t possible because you have your head down.

    1. My husband is very happy with my weight loss and so am I. I managed to lose 23 pounds and lose my belly. I had tried several diets and I could never lose weight. The effective diet that made me slim down this site here *TOP2DIET . COM*
