    1. +Dave Jean-Pierre Awe, thank you for your truly kind words. I’ve been practicing for about 5 years now. I was inspired after trying my first AcroYoga class. I felt amazing being lifted into the air and had a blast! I knew I wanted to build my strength, flexibility, and balance to aide myself in that sport but also fell in love with the practice of yoga along the way. <3 How about yourself? What got you into yoga?

    2. I’d been avid in meditation pratice from videos with gurus, monks, etc. And I made the complete Lifestyle reboot of keeping mind, body, and spirit clean. Learning about Chakras, frequencies. A friend of mine was actually an instructor and the way the art of yoga seemed to liberate the body into its natural state of relaxation, eviscerating the continuous stress we sometimes conciously or unconsciously put upon It and the cathartic results from those I saw pratice it, I started 3 months ago! WITH your videos nonetheless, so I thank you so much for that! I’d really love to see you on some of the channel’s Q&A videos as well! You seem very knowledgeable about all things wellness Joy!

I need to be better at my meditation practice (though I feel yoga is sort of a movement meditation) and have attended guided meditations plus listen to guided meditations on my phone. Awe, that makes me feel so blessed! My dream is to help others and to spread the word of yoga and holistic health so that means the world to me! I’ve actually gotten a couple requests to join the Q&A. I will have to look to doing that and will keep you posted. ^_^ Would you happen to have any yoga/fitness video requests? Also, please feel free to ask me anything. I’m an open book. <3

  2. Will yoga give you a better figure. I have a little cellulite on my legs that I want to get rid of. Will yoga get rid of that? Any other tips on how to get rid of cellulite?

    1. +Millixcl Grandel I believe it will. When I first started yoga I had just about zero muscle mass, my belly was soft and had cellulite on my legs. I find that the more you move your body, bend, twist about more oxygen and nutrient-rich blood will be pushed through your system and into areas that might not have seen fresh blood in a long time. I believe lack a lack of oxygen to cells and blood is what causes cellulite. I no longer have cellulite on my legs. I say anything that gets your blood moving will help with both your figure and cellulite. Especially getting upside down (down dog is technically an inversion). Lot’s of twists help to get your circulatory systems moving again, detoxes the body and brings fresh blood to every area of your body. The first video to this 4-part series was designed to do just that. <3

    1. My chiropractor suggested that I try yoga so naturally I searched for the prettiest instructor on youtube haha… I think I found her!

  4. I Love these videos!Although I have to say…Yoga isn’t for wheight loss. It’s for feeling refreshed and stretching out your muscles. Please understand this.

  5. Ever since i started this “fizy unique plan” weight loss plan (Google it) I`ve lost 18 lbs. It can nothing short of a miracle. I must say i recommend you Google the “fizy unique plan” on your own and try it.
