    1. Yoga takes practice. It’s not expected that anyone can do it perfectly at first. As you do yoga workouts you will improve which is part of the fun. While improving you improve metabolism, balance, strength, focus and flexibility. That’s the really cool thing about Yoga, it improves many things at the same time.

    2. I had the same problem when I started doing yoga, so I kept stopping for years. It’s because I wasn’t focusing on breathing, which I honestly think is the most difficult part of yoga. It takes a lot of focus and discipline. 

    3. I’m very headache prone and I’m in no way perfect at yoga but one thing that helps is to focus on your breathing. I struggle a lot with this so what I’ve found helps is to stay in the child’s pose or simply laying flat and still as a cool down time after a session. Move slowly as you start to get up and maybe even try sitting in a meditative position for a while with your eyes closed. Getting your breathing in control before you start moving around is very helpful in reducing headaches. Also make sure you drink plenty of water during that first hour after your session. Its like getting a massage, your muscles have been moving and “agitated” so they produce hormones and other natural chemicals as a result (Thats not really the right medical way to phrase it but it’ll do to get the mental picture out there). Lots of water will help flush this out of your system. I typically drink a bottle and a half during that hour after a session. If your headaches persist try using peppermint oil on your temples for a natural nontoxic way to get relief. Helping your body detox with yoga and then putting potentially harmful products in it just doesn’t make sense. (As a nurse I understand the wonderful benefits of medicine and what it has done for mankind but I believe if there is a natural way to heal/help your body, try that first.) even though you posted 10 months ago, I hope this helps! Keep up your yoga routines and don’t get discouraged!

    1. +dancingsmileyface not much, but I lost some, from the belly, and it became flat, it really help, by the way how much u wana lose, maybe I can help, I have experience

    2. Drink this everyday: Cinnamon, crushed ,Ginger crunched, Flax seed ,Fennel seed,take same amount from each one ,mix them, and keep it in a glass bottle,
      Boil a cup of water put a mint and slices of lemon, take a 1 spoon of the spices we mix already, put all together and cover the cup about 10 minutes, let it become kind of cool, keep the spices in a cool place,
      It will take a time, so don’t rush the results.

    3. And do with it, exercise, cardio, yoga, and drink a lot of water,
      Try to walk every 2h,
      don’t tired yourself just do what you can,
