    this video is more about breath than a stretching video. i was looking for stretches.

  7. Lol I was having horrible anxiety and was having challenges doing the legs over the head stretch. I decided to lean over a couch and turn over so that I can gently land on the top of my back in that position to do the stretch. While I was doing it I accidentally flipped over and ended up on my face! I laughed for like 5 minutes! I’m not anxious anymore! THANK YOU

  9. I was having a very down day today. Could hardly bring myself to get out of bed. Found this through a quick search and I just want to say thanks. This is so simple yet so effective. Obviously not a complete cure, but it got off the couch and I’m feeling positive.
