  1. I knew it. Sisters of the mind/heart… I wish I had someone like that, but haven’t found this person yet. So I’m just a little jealous.

    1. There are many components to ways to treat sleeplessness. One plan I found which successfully combines these is the Trevs Sleep Blueprint (check it out on google) definately the most helpful plan i’ve seen. look at all the incredible information .

  2. Although I know the yoga is the healthiest route, for sleep problems I typically just put on one of these videos and massage my face/scalp until I pass out. Also, now that summer is arriving, have you guys considered doing something outside at night maybe by a campfire? Maybe try combining ASMR massage with the sounds of the fire and night?

    1. Generally video cameras don’t do very well in low light like night time shooting. We are planning to shoot some videos outside during the day though. I only have one camera that is sensitive enough for night shooting at the moment though. We might be able to upgrade out cameras eventually.

    2. +PsycheTruth I remember a Jen and Corrina massage video that was done outside, and I enjoyed it very much!  Also, several very nice Cindie yoga videos were outside as well.  I’m happy to hear that you’re planning to do more of them.  🙂

  7. This was nice. I struggle with anxiety, insomnia, depression, and mania (not knowing how to slow down, for lack of a better definition) due to bipolar disorder. Yoga has always been helpful. I’m a former gymnast, so I’ve always loved stretching. I need physical activity to put me in a better mood when I’m depressed, a more relaxed mood when I’m anxious, and a slowed-down mood when I’m manic. Yoga can do all of those things.
