  1. The title of this video is like the misinformed and lying labels we see at the grocery store. Why the how stoop to their levels?

    1. LOL! Really? Are you an adult or still a teen getting used to real life? I’ll admit I’m a teen, only in 9th grade, but still really? “Do you even smart?” You could’ve phrased that a slightly better way. People will take your information more seriously if you use the right words and grammar.

  2. Love your videos Courtney,  and I have been trying some of these at home.  Can you provide tips for those are even a step before beginners yoga,  and have flexability and ‘size’ issues?  For example I can’t even come close to doing Uttanasana due to inflexability in hamstrings and back,  plus not exactly having a slim tummy…. well you can figure the rest. 🙂    I don’t use it as an excuse not to try,  I just try to adjust as best as I can to get as close as possible.

Now I see where you got your beautiful new Facebook profile picture from, Courtney!  Way to rock the wild hair look!!  I’ve never baked an apple myself, but my Mom used to do it for us when we were kids.  And they really were delicious!  By the way, if this is the “beginner’s” video, the intermediate video is going to KILL me!  🙂

  9. I really like this video, I’ve been doing the workout a couple days out of the week. Just a tip for any future videos, skip the small talk. I understand why you put it in there because it shows off your personality which is great, but it is a little distracting during the yoga pose. Just something to consider. Other than that, the video is helpful!

  11. I’m one of those people who found it hard to see the effectiveness of yoga in weight loss. And never have I expected it to make me sweat. Today is my first time trying this and OMG. Not 10 mins passed I was literally dripping down with sweat. Never felt this good while sweating. It really made me calm. And to finish everything off I meditated for 5 minutes which I think is the perfect ending to relax your body. Thank you so much!!!!

  13. at 10 minutes when you lie on your back with your legs straihht up, i cant straighten my legs, is it more important to have my legs straight at a lower angle or bend my knees a bit to get my lower legs pointing straight up?

  14. so many negative comments! as if ppl don’t know you have to work out more and eat healthy to lose weight … this might not target the belly fat only cuz its impossible but it helps..

    i have been doing all of your belly fat and core strength work out and so far i have seen improvements not only in the belly area , and i like it

  15. I hate that chair pose especially when I’m in yoga class-my instructor won’t let me place my mat near wall anymore because I kept leaning against it!! But chair pose is tough and it works -you can feel it work + you sweat like crazy!!
