    1. Excellent Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried – Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (should be on google have a look)? It is a great one of a kind guide for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my mate finally got cool success with it.

  1. I’ve been having low back pain since May, ever since my first period. Why does it keep hurting? I’ve only had 2 periods since May…. 🙂

    1. Chloe AH – How have things worked out? Hope you found help. I was thinking ask on one of the medical sites where doctors answer questions. And if after many times of asking and telling your mother this is serious and continuing and demanding your mother take you multiple times to please take you to see a doctor she still doesn’t then you might try could call your local social service agency and ask to speak to child protective services worker and ask them what your options are if your mother refuses to help you and or if they can help you. I know sometimes parents think kids are just over sensitive or complain too much and don’t take them serious until they continue to ask and complain many times over a long period of time. If you are a person of faith I find praying and asking God to heal me and give me wisdom as to the cause has solved 90% of my pain issues.

    2. I went to the Chiropractor and he adjusted my Pelvic Girdle. I haven’t had pain since, (only on my period.) Thanks for asking! 🙂

  5. Thank you Lindsay for putting your video up on you tube. I’ve spent a fortune trying to ease my lower back pain. Eventually I was diagnosed with chronic pain, I didn’t know why so then I decided it must be psychological or something!! I was stretching incorrectly and as I have a squished l4/l5 disc and a bulging other one and a bulging central disc I think I was damaging it even more. Oh dear. Yoga it is then. I am going to find a place that does it tomorrow.

  6. I feel like was way too fast to feel anything. Maybe if she held the
    pose for 1-2 mins it would make it a better routine. Yes we could always
    pause the video but that’d make it tedious.

    1. Thanks for your feedback! I agree, it would have been better to allow more time in each pose. I’ll definitely keep that in mind for future injury/pain videos.

    1. Hey Elena, you can do either the whole video or just your favorite parts 1-2 times a day if you wish. They’re really great for doing first thing in the morning when the body is stiff from sleep, and also right before bed.

    3. In that case, Elena, go slow with these. It might be a good idea to get some guidance from your Dr. or Physical Therapist first.

      You may actually want to cut back to just once a day (or even less if they make your pain worse), and gradually build up to twice a day. Also, try to do them when your pain symptoms are low. Restorative Yoga might be a better fit for you right now, so you may look into that. Another really big way you can approach your pain is making big changes in your diet (if you haven’t already). The more you eliminate processed food and start to drink really clean, filtered water (not bottled!), the more your body can handle whatever’s really going on in your fascia. And, of course, the more stress you can eliminate in your day – by making changes to your schedule, dropping certain responsibilities, and in general dropping things (or people) that aren’t serving you in the best way- can only benefit you as well. You have all my support, Elena!

    1. You want her to hold your hand, too? The idea is that you watch and learn then do it on your own, and if need be go back to each exercise to check. This is not a Jane Fonda workout video!

    3. At first I thought the video was way too fast as well. I went into settings and the speed was set to normal, so I tried it out on slow speed (0.75) for a little while. After that I put it back to normal, and the pace of the video was perfect! So it seems like that for some users, the settings needs to be adjusted in order to get the right pace.

  8. Wow I suffer from lower back pain and I did the banana shape as you said and immediately I felt relief in my lower back. Thank you so much I’m going to do the rest of this exercise now.

    1. Same here. After being a dummy lifting a 300lb beam i strained my back muscles pretty good and the Physical Therapy i’ve been going through the last month has been a joke. i may end up doing this at night before bed too, just to see if i can get more relief at night.
      Some of these poses are a tad hard to do when your a not so flexible big guy either but in time it should get better.
