  3. It is a good video, just that i am SO annoyed while actually practising it. i am a calm person all the time so it suprised me how pissed off i can get. i just cannot see what the hack happens next, she moves too fast and i am with my head down doing another thing….

    1. I think you should do part 1 & 2, so you get the hang of it…I can do now the 3 videos without even looking at my computer, just with her voice… 🙂

    2. Hi Alexandra, thanks for your feedback! I think Vanessa has good advice for you. If you’re a little newer to yoga, it can take awhile to get the rhythm of the movements and postures down. Be patient though. And if you miss a couple of cues, don’t worry. 🙂 The most important thing is to enjoy yourself and your exercise. Maybe you could break down the videos and only focus on doing a small section at a time, to help memorize or get more comfortable. If you have any questions ask me anytime.   5. wow just did this for the first time, was dripping sweat within 15 minutes! do you have other yoga videos that are about 45 minutes long?

    1. +steven fernandes Milk from any animal is designed to nourish that animal into growing to a healthy weight, therefore cows milk (designed for calves, a cow cannot produce milk without having a calf first) is designed to enable her calf to grow to over 300lbs in 6 weeks. It is odd to drink milk of another species, let alone cruel, as the calf produce is a “commodity” to the dairy trade so will either be raised to be a dairy cow and suffer the same fate, or is kept in solitary confinement for 6 weeks, after which it will be slaughtered for veal. I highly suggest almond milk or oat milk. Much better for the body and the conscience!

  7. I’m new to this I will be doing day 3 tomorrow I like how you have the days so that I can work myself up to where you guys are from day 1 my body is sore and it aches and I love it!! Especially my arms and chest and I sweat a lot!! How many time a week do you suggest I do yoga for weight loss ? I love your videos!!

    1. +Lakeria Williams I would suggest doing it 2-3 times a week depending on whether you are a beginner or intermediate. 😀
