  1. Over the summer I was doing FitnessBlender workouts and I felt really good when my friends saw me and said I looked great and a lot skinnier. When school started back up I stopped because I had no time but I gained a lot of weight since the summer and want to be down to a descent weight again so Im going to start these again.

  2. Been doing this workout 5 times a week for a couple of months and I now have abs showing 🙂 You must eat properly as well though! Just doing this you won’t get abs eating a healthy diet is just as important as working out!

  3. Guys, I got a great result. My waist went up to 34. I did one week everyday exact as the video. Hence increase the repetition everyday for 1 month. Now my waist back to 31. I also do treadmill for 10 mins before to warm up my body. Now I added 10min butt and thigh and 10min abs and obliques. Tell you , you don’t have to spent any money and buy DVDs, just be persistant . But don’t chow down and become calorie freak, eat healthy.

  4. let’s support one another guys! pain is when the change begins. let’s keep pushing even in the most painful workouts!!! (but still know when to stop, we don’t want injuries :P)

    1. I can agree with you, I am using it too. I’ve started using it 2 weeks ago and until now I’ve lost 13 pounds, which is excellent result, I think (I was 175, now I am 162). Also, I like it because it’s based on natural and healthy methods to speed up metabolism, specially adapted to women… without hard and exhausting exercises (like Insanity and HIIT programs). I am satisfied with it, so my vouch for it :)

  5. i thought the pulse crunches would be easy so i went ham on them in the beginning and then i got to the bicycle crunches and I literally died. Definitely had to stop a couple times

  6. Just looking at her figure makes me want to exercise extra hard 😀 I call that productive jealousy 😛

  7. Whenever I feel the burn and gets too much take a quick second break look down at my flabby abs then that gets me motivated to carry on!!:D
