  2. I didn’t think it was gonna work but after two weeks I noticed that I cannot wear my tight high waist jeans anymore because my hips became bigger (and more beautiful). I have been doing this workout four times a day and I assure you: this is worth your pain and sweat and even tears

    (edited) it’s been more than six moths since i started doing this workout and let me tell you – i don’t regret this. it’s worth it.

  4. i eat a lot but im really a very thin girl, im more then 170 cm but im barely 50 kg. I like by body except my butt cuz its flat as hell. I would love to workout but i have knee arthritis. It doesnt really hurt but when i do a quat mz knee has a really scary sound. I dont know if i can do these workouts

    1. Miszpink Lorcsa don’t give up maybe you can do other workouts like laying down and lifting your leg from behind there are other great videos too if u can’t do the squats. Good luck πŸ™‚

    Day 2: I can’t stand anymore.
    Day 3: I actually, literally can’t stand now.
    Day 4: semi dead.
    Day 5: three quarters ded
