    1. If it isn’t challenging, you aren’t doing it right. Make sure that you are contracting your muscles and working against yourself the entire time. There’s a big difference between that and just going through the motions!

  1. if you only feel it in your shoulders and butt then youre doing it wrong…you have to keep your core tight and posture on point the whole time

    1. This is a beginner workout. Try one of our difficulty level 4 or 5 workouts if you want a brutal workout!

    2. +FitnessBlender how do i find the more difficult workouts? I dont c the level of difficulty listed in descriptions. Would be helpful to have the links in ur comments. I always like the preview of the upcoming exercises during the workout & the reminders of correct form as Im just beginning. Also letting me know where & what I should feel during movements lets me know I have a personal trainer right there with me. Thanks for.taking the time to post free workouts. One more thing, how do base the calories burned for each workout?

  6. I had surgery last fall and was told not to do any ab exercises that make you bear down. I have been and avid exerciser all my life and watching my abs get flabby has been discouraging. This routine solves all my problems.  It’s safe and yes, it does work.

  7. I used to be incredibly fit until a car accident in my 7th month of pregnancy, then I couldn’t even sit upright. Nearly a decade later, my back has healed on its own to where I can sit, stand for more than 10 minutes, or walk without a bothersome cane. (Believe me as a single mom this made grocery shopping with a newborn pretty tough.) Now that I’m ready to get my body back, I have almost 50 lbs to lose. I’ve joined a gym but am too embarrassed to go. This is the perfect program to combine with walking at the gym when I can go without being humiliated.

    1. +MJ Brewer good luck i have 40 to go. currently 180 trying to get back to 140! dont be embarrassed to go to the gym. We all love to see someone bettering themselves. Plus everyone is probably too focused on being embarrassed about themselves 😉 lol

    2. How are you doing in the mean time? Are you becoming stronger? Good luck, keep working for your goals. I also prefer doinn workouts from home, even though I have only a few pounds left to lose. It is cheaper, more comfy and convenient. 🙂

  8. i do two set of this daily. i am feeling the changes, my waist looks smaller, crease on my back is slowly disappearing and my thigh are looking slimmer. i am so happy.

    1. i ate cooked vegetables and also chicken twice a weak. And for break fast i ate white bread and butter along with sweet tea..even after  eating all this i was able to see the changes. But if ur eating healthy and doing this exercise u will definitely see the changes. Eat vegetable, drink lot of water, don’t eat late night.. if ur hungry at night then eat fruits but don’t eat heavy food at night. exercise before going to bed. I am not that heavy so this workout worked for me.One is Not enough u have to do two sets of this workout
