  2. I love this girls video’s. she’s not annoyingly perky which pisses me off cuz i’m not especially happy when I work out lol Her routines are perfect for me for endurance and difficulty. She has other videos, I do an abs workout and it’s friggin hard which I love.

  5. Why don’t you put some music to motivate us? I LOVE your videos, challenging but not crazy hard so we are not discouraged but this silence is a little sad…

  6. Fitness blender I just want to thank you so much for exist! I just to HATE exercise, but thanks to you, now I LOVE doing my workouts, and feel full of energy, more confident and happy! I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I cry when an exercise is hard/difficult haha (the struggle is real ) but I’m feeling really motivated and happy to see what I’m capable of, thank you!.

  7. I have thick thighs and butt and after I started doing these + the 10mins abs workout 2-3 times a week, my thighs are much slimmer and my love handles are pretty much gone. I bulk up quickly with weights, so these kinds of exercises work great for me. If I stop doing these two exercises I start feeling my skinny jeans are tighter lol. BTW I also do a lot of low impact cardio like walking and elliptical (no running cause I have very bad knees) and eat super healthy. If you have bad knees like me, put a few pillows under your knees while you do the last exercises!…. Thank you FITNESS BLENDER!

    1. will these exercises bulk up my thighs? because i have muscular legs i just want to burn the fat and tone my legs.

    2. how long have you been doing this ? this is my 4. day, i am doing this and 10 min abs workout same as you, at the first day i felt pain a lot but today i really didn’t have any pain and not feeling tired. I don’t see any difference actually. maybe i’ll get results if i keep doing this.

  8. People I know we like to see results fast, but you cannot calculate a magic time in which you will see your body changing. Besides, every body is different. Just be consistent 😀

  9. after 2 weks of tryng this i finaly got my thighs to be nice and tones. they seem as though they could crush watermelons and pinballs. thanx a whole ton for this my core is like the core of the center of the earth i could literally burn everyone right now i am so PUMPED
