  4. thank you so much for this! i’m a relatively slender girl but I have so much extra fat on my stomach. i can’t do sit ups and when i do stomach exercises laying down my bottom, spine etc start to hurt so this exercise routine is perfect for me!

    1. +aim9jes1rus10 if you can’t use the yoga mat, try ur bed. I know it sounds weird, but that is what I do, if still hurts, keep doing these work outs. they are good. ^-^
