    1. good job:) I am doing same thing and first day for me. summer is coming and its been too long that i was chubby! i have lost 45lbs but i just wasnt eating right so i need to tone and be in shape! keep it up

    2. nice congrats!!!! i don’t really have that much fat but these vids definitely helped me build muscle:)

  1. I’ve been doing this arm work-out five days a week  for the past three, going on four weeks now; and i can say that i can see a difference, my shoulders are a lot more toned; my upper back muscle are more defined- but in a feminine way that looks toned… i definitely recommend this work out!

  2. Have you guys tried Tank Top Arms Round 2 @ Tank Top Arms Round 2 – Upper Back, Arm and Shoulder Workout for a Strong, Lean Upper Body or the brand new Round 3 (longer, with extra pulse burnout reps) @ Tank Top Arms Workout – Best Upper Body Workout for Toned Arms, Shoulders & Upper Back Which one is your favorite? Which one do you think is hardest?

    1. mridula krishna The breast is the tissue overlying the chest (pectoral) muscles. Women’s breasts are made of specialized tissue that produces milk (glandular tissue) as well as fatty tissue. The amount of fat determines the size of the breast.

    2. +FitnessBlender This is just superb, been searching for “dumbbell set gym” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Hanristian Pectorial Humdinger – (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

    1. +amyeliz x It depends on your goals…these are good for when you can’t afford to hit the gym, and if you want a nice toned body.

    2. +amyeliz x I know this is an old question but wanted to say; absolutely. Maybe even better than the gym. We’re personal trainers and we haven’t had gym memberships at all for the last few years.

  3. Very impressed with the short, precisely intense workouts… Very effective…. Great to get someone back in the routine of working out….😃like the fact you have shorter timed routines to choose from, as well as the lengther ones… Very well narrated from start to finish💪💪

    1. If you’d watch any video Kelli’s in lately she has gotten sooo much stronger and looks even more amazing than she already did, I used to use 2 & 3 pound weights too. Now I’m up to 8, 10 & 15. everyone starts somewhere

  4. wow. she is so pretty. i’m not even talking about her body. her face is stunning.
if you’re reading this – you face is just flawless. you’re gorgeous!
and yuor hair. just… whatdo your parents look like?! they’ve created an incredibly beautiful person!

    1. Yes, that is true. Thanks for pointing this out. We all could be more happy with people making positive comments about us. Love and Light 😀

  5. I am a big proponent of the gym, but this workout is hands-down the most effective arm workout I’ve ever done. I do it three times a week w 5 lb weights and have seen dramatic results after just one month. Finally, slim, toned arms instead of bulk. Thanks, fitness blender 🙂

    1. I want to really slim and tone my arms but I don’t know how often to do this routine without my arms getting used to it (therefore, making no further progress)

    2. thank u very much my arms are so big I hate it I’ve been searching for exercise to loose arm fat but seems like nun works will definitely be trying this now

    3. thick slice niki This is old but sadly isolation exercise will not help you lose fat in a certain spot. All this will do it build a little muscle. Eating healthy and burning calories will make you lose weight all over…nothing makes it happen in only one spot besides lipo

  6. Started this today – plan on doing it 5-6 days per week for a month. I’ll be back after a month with feedback!

    1. +Mel Mull I ended up doing this and round 2 for about 2 weeks and then upgraded to that 20 something minutes Lean Arms… workout – there’s definitely muscle there (I literally had nothing but a bit of fat and skin hanging before)

    2. A 3 pound dumbbell was perfect for me it wasn’t too heavy to where I could barely make it through or too light that it was too easy. I definitely wouldn’t use water bottles though considering they are only a pound each and wouldn’t do much if you are looking to get muscle/tone up but if you are just looking to burn calories that would work!

    3. Ashley Kowalski dey wud weigh more if u fill the bottles with water and to be more intense u can fill wid sand..

  7. This actually works!!! I’ve only done this about 4 times and just yesterday my sister complimented me and said my arms and back look so slim and toned! I always exercise but I usually never get complimented on my hard work! thank you!!!!!!
