Firstly, I apologise that my title is fibbing a little, as the sequence is more like 17-minutes, it just didn't sound as catchy! 😉 This sequence really got my heart rate up and my body feeling energised. If you've got more time to spare then maybe start with my slow flow yoga sequence to loosen your muscles and then move on to this one. And don't forgot to treat yourself to a nice savasana at the end!
