15-MINUTE POWER YOGA SEQUENCE || VINYASA FLOW YOGA

15-MINUTE POWER YOGA SEQUENCE || VINYASA FLOW YOGA

administration | March 25 - 2018

Firstly, I apologise that my title is fibbing a little, as the sequence is more like 17-minutes, it just didn't sound as catchy! πŸ˜‰ This sequence really got my heart rate up and my body feeling energised. If you've got more time to spare then maybe start with my slow flow yoga sequence to loosen your muscles and then move on to this one. And don't forgot to treat yourself to a nice savasana at the end!

    1. Haha thank you. Uploading an activewear haul right now, so give it a little watch for fitness wardrobe ideas πŸ˜‰ x

  1. Loved this. Even though it was an energising sequence I find it really helps me to relax! Would you recommend to eat after yoga or before? X

    1. I usually eat about an hour or so I do yoga and then only eat afterwards depending on the time of day and if I’m hungry. If it’s an intense power yoga session, then yes, I usually refuel straight after. So glad you loved the sequence! πŸ™‚ x

  2. This is the best channel ever!! The videos are amazing πŸ™‚ Thank you so much Cat. This yoga flow really got me energized.

  3. I’m a college football player on break and wanted to try this out and holy crap!! I didn’t make it past 9 minutes πŸ˜…

  4. I LOVED the intensity and smoothness of this flow! Would love to see a forward fold and split and pigeon pose focused longer flow just as a suggestion. Thanks so much!

  5. too much echo in the room to really be able to follow through, but that’s just me, because of the difficulty with voice inflections. so, a little hard for me to follow

  6. Whew, tough for me too, but I did what I could. Only criticism is that the audio was a bit difficult to hear as compared to some of your other videos. I like it best when you narrate after-the-fact as then I can hear the the descriptions better (so hard to turn my head to view in some positions so the narration is really necessary). Love your beautiful voice.
