Feb is a short month so we decided to answer the requests for short practice video with a month of Yoga Quickies. Set the tone for your day and remember, a little goes a long way!

Yoga Quickies show us that we do not need 30, 60, 75 min. That we don't always have to do legs on leg day. But rather, that the reward, the cookie, the good stuff actually just arrives when you do too.

I just want to say you gave me my shoulders back for awhile now I would get sharp pain every time I raised my arm or did any significant movement involving my shoulders, but ever since I started doing regular yoga with you I am pain free so I just wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart! I do also have plantar fasciitis and was wondering if you had any advice or videos that would help with that

  3. This was great! It’s nice because it’s accessible to everyone, from beginners to more experienced yogis. A nice way to wake up if you don’t have a full hour for yoga in the morning.

Just want to give props to my girl Adriene for the best yoga videos ever and say I just read an article about you on Forbes.com from a woman who started yoga at the Himalayan Institute and finally found Adrian on you tube and said she was the BEST AND SHE WOULD RECOMMEND HER I love it GOOOOOOO ADRIENE YOU ARE AWESOME I went to hospital for 5 days at day 20 of yoga revolution but because she is so great when I got out I started from the beginning because she makes you just feel like you can do anything yall check out out the article on our girl

I am better I have something called diverticulitis and it flared up on me but I was watching u in hospital I did the gentle practice because I couldn’t do much the nurses were like what u doing I said Yoga with Adriene lol thx for responding and keep being u I love when u break into song and make goofy jokes it’s needed music and laughter are necessary in life Namaste ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ™
