This 7 Minute Bedtime Yoga With Adriene is designed to help you wind down, stretch out and feel good. This short and gentle mindfulness practice will help you calm the nervous system and prepare for a for healthy night of rest. Prepare to feel relaxed and loved!

Feb is a short month so we decided to answer the requests for short practice video with a month of Yoga Quickies. Set the tone for your evening and remember, a little goes a long way!

Yoga Quickies show us that we do not need 30, 60, 75 min. That we don't always have to do legs on leg day. But rather, that the reward, the cookie, the good stuff actually just arrives when you do too.

Thank you so much for your quality videos, your consistency of uploading, and your variety of content 🙂 The other night, my boyfriend and I were looking through your videos to find a yoga routine to enhance sexuality or something like that … there wasn’t anything available on your channel … I know its awkward haha … but I think its an idea worth throwing out there 😛

    1. There’s a book called Urban Tantra by Barbara Carrellas. It’s DEFINITELY worth the purchase, and if you’re looking for something to spiritually, full of awareness, spice of your sex life, I recommend it so much!

  4. Hey Adriene first of all I adore your quality videos. Second If you don’t mind a suggestion for future video is “Yoga for Plus Size Woman”. I have been trying to convince my mother that she should try yoga and she always finds an excuse because I think she is scared. I noticed not very many options of videos are available and definitely not the way you teach it.

    1. Alaura McWilliam Since YWA is all about finding what feels good and she shows you lots of variations of poses, I think it works well for plus sized people, especially her beginner videos and 30 day challenge. I am plus sized myself and the very hardest part is showing up on the mat. And the most amazing part is realizing you CAN DO a lot more of the poses than you ever thought possible.

    2. My biggest problem with YWA as a plus size woman is the lunges in almost every video!! Literally is not possible with a belly in the way! Very frustrating!

  5. Hi Adriene, I have loved your videos for quite some time now, but this is my first time commenting. I am going through a difficult time at the moment and wanted to extend my gratitude towards you for the love and support I feel during your yoga videos! Your videos truly lift my spirit xxx

    1. |read a book 30 minutes before sleep, no meals at least 3hr before bedtime, avoid harsh artificial lighting an hour before bed (so use lamps instead of a full room light), use an app on your device which reduces the amount of blue light being emitted from your screen (I use Twilight for Android), do an oil diffusion of pure lavender oil.

      this is what I stick to. also meditation sometimes, but I need to stick to it more regularly

  6. Everyone is so nice in the comments of all your videos the only negative comment was saying you talk too much but I love when you talk it relaxes me 🙂 you got me into yoga I would have never thought about doing it before I saw your video
