administration | March 25 - 2018

Join Adriene on Day 14 of The 30 Days of Yoga journey! Mindful Hatha Yoga Workout. This yoga workout is more of a practice than a workout, in my world anyway. I invite you to embrace practice as you work it out!
Day 14 invites you to stretch tired and stiff muscles while also connecting to spirit and breath. Open the shoulders and find relief from stress and tension with this yummy 16 min at home practice. Open the hips and connect to your core. Use today to check in with how you feel and write it down in your practice journal. Don't have a practice journal? Write in on your 30 Days Of Yoga calendar! Or on a napkin! What is one word to describe today's practice?

Connect and support others down below! Cultivate positivity. Remember each day is different! The journey is the reward! See you tomorrow!

  1. Thank you Andriene! I wake up every morning with such an excitement for a new practice. It feels so great! Lots of love from Russia and namaste. 🙂

    1. +Emma Rutherford

    3. +Emma Rutherford Ух ты, интересно) Я тем же самым занимаюсь! Нет, йогу недавно начала, но надеюсь, что это любовь на всю жизнь) а ты?

    1. Keep at it !  I am doing it all again but this time adding another odd practise in here and there and do day 6 abs once a week as well.  Keep a diary of what you do and note your favourite practises – this will help you on your second and many other times round. I put comments on every day on here first time round and laugh at them now. Yes I still struggle but…….. Love it.  <3  Namaste.

  2. Loved everything about today’s practice. Getting stronger everyday, and you do it in a way that is slow and helpful. I have a feeling all these are building blocks for some harder practices as we get closer to day 30!

  3. Grab the toe, you say… Hmmmm. Toes seem further away than ever before. Think they’re on someone else’s foot… 😛

  4. During today’s practice I felt, for the first time, that Downward Facing Dog is a restorative pose. Every time you guided us to that pose, I felt relief and like I was greeting an old friend. Thank you for this moment, Adriene!

  5. I had no intention of practicing yoga every day as I started this 30 Days program.  Here I am, 14 days in, and I haven’t missed a day yet. (Before two weeks ago, I had never practiced yoga more than three days in a row.) I’m thoroughly impressed with you Adriene.  My neck and back feel better than they have in 20 years.  Thank you!

    1. +Alex Foster I had never practiced yoga before, even though my sister is a quite accomplished yoga instructor. Maybe I resisted yoga just for that reason, haha, who knows? But I am hooked now. I’m hoping there is enough Yoga with Adriene to keep me in practice for many years to come.

    2. +Alex Foster omg i totally like you !! never keep on my practice more than 3 or 4 days arrow thats a first for me !! namatse !!

    3. Alex Foster I’ve had exactly the same experience so far! Never thought I’d actually be looking forward to it each day.

  6. I’m at Day 14! my main intention with this program was/is to finish something till the end.. I tend to not finish things and this daily routine really helps me to stick to my plans 🙂

    1. +Lucy Arianator and Tribute I agree with Britt, I used to be afraid of it, then it killed my shoulders, now it’s like the center for my workouts. When it’s right, it’s SO RIGHT!!! Keep on trying!

  7. Today was challenging for me but fun! I still need to work on my flexibility, but I’ve definitely noticed my heels aren’t as high up now during downward dog 🙂

    1. howwwwww ,in 14 Days of practice or?? this is my first time doing yoga and ive been doing IT for 14 Days i cant touch it

  8. i’m being able to do the whole practice without even watching the video. just listening. <3 that's what day 13 is to me. <3 i'm not rookie anymore.

  9. Thank you Adriene. I’m grateful for you and my sister who told me about your 30 days of yoga. You are the best yoga guide I’ve ever met. Love.

  10. Keeping me motivated for sure. During downward dog I can almost touch my heels to the mat. This made me excited 🙂 Thank You (Less anxiety is worth every minute of yoga)

  11. This is the second day in a row that my bra has spontaneously come undone during these videos. Yoga might be trying to get a bit TOO up close and personal lol
