  1. If you’re already training often and at a reasonable fitness level, would you advise jumping onto week 3, 4 etc? Or is it beneficial to start from week 1 of the plan?

    1. thepianist S the workout is in a way that you try to do as many reps in a circuit as you can in 7 minutes so as you progress and start over, you can do a lot more in a circuit than when you started…I hope you can understand what I’m saying haha

    2. thepianist D most people just restart from week one and deepen the move and up the weight or increase intensity and reps.
