  1. NEW EPISODE! YOGA FOR LOWER BACK PAIN – Per your request! Here is a sequence to tend to the lower back. These are great tools to relieve lower back pain, tend to the spine and awesome if you spend a lot of time slumped at a desk. Commit to spine health and (I think) you will be happy!

    1. Thank you so much for this. Ive had really bad lower back pain after pushing myself too hard on some planks and body weight exercises at the gym.. This video has helped me immensely for the past two days and i get instant relief.

    1. Great Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about – Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind guide for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey at last got great results with it.

  4. Wow..thank you so much Adriene. Had this lower back pain for almost a week now. Happened to come across this video and just gave it a go. And the next thing I know the pain is 90% gone in a single attempt. This is magic. Where is that magic wand of yours?? 😉

  5. This was really nice and it’s been a while since I’ve last done this.. But yeah I’ve been having a hard time mentally and therefore my body feels like spaghetti and just super tired, so I’m learning to be more gentle to myself. I don’t have to do a sweaty practice everyday if my body says otherwise. 🙂 Namaste

  6. I had a snowboarding accident in January, its now 5th April and back pain hasnt got any better. I’ve been doing this for about a week now and I’m seeing improvements. Although my back is in agony after a day at Uni, I don’t have to grab on to anything when bending down/reaching for things. I’m hoping that yoga will heal me completely, I’m sick of living in pain
