    1. Look up trigger point therapy. Often you can get relief with this. There is a workbook and lots of stuff on the internet. has great visuals & places in your muscles to try. There are massage therapists who offer this as well. But much of it you can do yourself. The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook: Your Self‑Treatment Guide for Pain …$6.38 Barnes & Noble

    2. Noor Nazneen me too. I was at the gym fighting my body and then gave in, found this video and now I feel awesome

  1. Thank you Adriene! ❤️🙏
And thank you to all of you who are practising today. Every time you make the effort to get on your mat, or simply take a few mindful breaths, you are making a positive change to yourself and thus the people around you. We can’t change the world alone, but we can change it together. 🙏🌟❤️🌱

    1. Thank you to all you 3.2 million subscribers for being part of this with me. Sending peace and love to all of you!

  2. It feels like i just started and then it was over :'( she soothes me body and soul
I’m 23 with chronic back and neck pain (a little scoliosis in my lower spine and improper positioning of my neck while sleeping/studying) and this gives me temporary relief <3 thank you Adriene

  3. Once again, thank you so much for this video Adriene. I visit it time and time again. Not only is it great for my migraines but it is also something I can actually do. With my fibromyalgia every day is different and there are many days that I can use neither my wrists or knees without extreme pain (not to mention all the other creaky old joints).
You have been there with me through the good years and the bad as you have been for so many others. Thank you for being there for us and bringing us your Texas hospitality. No matter where I am in the world, visiting with one of your videos gives me a little hug of home to set the day off right!

    1. It is so good to see others comments especially because I could have fibromyalgia also I am struggling with getting a proper diagnosis but have finally met the right Dr to help. May I ask how long did it take to get diagnosed?

  4. Wow this stretched out my rhomboids as well as my neck! Thanks Adriene!

Would it be possible to post up a yoga video for stretching the rhomboids? I know it’s a tough area to stretch…

  5. Adriene – Thank you for continuing to show up for me. I have been following you for a couple of years and after many different classes both online and in person, yours have been the only ones that I desire to be consistent with.

It has everything to do with your ability to communicate and really plug yourself into understanding where one may be at, at any given time. I cannot stress how important that quality is, whether we are speaking in relation to yoga or beyond. Thank you so much for that. I really appreciate the work you’re doing, your genuine approach to your community practice and your personal authenticity. Keep doing the work, keep encouraging others to find what feels good to them.

    So grateful!

  6. this is crazy, had severe neck and shoulder pain the last month, my cramped muscles were even pressing onto a large nerve-bundle, i was in pain night and day. a doctor could not help me with a muscle relaxing injection, pain meds and warmth pads, even exercises i knew and tried did not help. now i am doing this routine here for a few days every day and the pain has become so much better, it is almost gone. thank you so much!

    1. Norma Wallace all of my doctors recommended yoga for long term relief … especially since I opted out of pain medication. I guess it depends on the doctor.

  7. Hello everybody who has been appreciating this absolutely wonderful trainer’s workouts! Adriene by herself is socalming and encouriging at the same time, that I wish her all the blessings in the world! Many many thanks! Tatiana from Russia

  8. I can’t thank you enough Adriene for this video, and many others! This one in particular has been a frequent companion for me the last year plus. I’ve been fighting and recovering from some nearly fatal blood infections the last 4 years, and the last 3 I have been 99% bed bound and often unable to even sit up. Most yoga is completely out of my realm of possibility, but on my good days I can do this whole routine in bed!! It’s SO healing and restorative for me, and I come back over and over! My muscles have atrophied horribly, and this helps me strengthen and restore my body’s alignment. I know I don’t know you, but I feel like you are a dear friend who comes to my house just to encourage and help me! Thank you SO much for putting out these videos, I am ever so grateful! 💗. Peace be with you my friend! Namaste!

  9. Hey Adriene, I’ve been watching your yoga videos for a little over 3 years. I had insane sciatic nerve pain when I started. It was almost unbearable to even do your most basic videos. Between doing your videos 3-5 times a week and finding a great chiropractor, I am almost pain free and my quality of life has dramatically improved. I tell everyone I meet who is in pain to watch your videos. Thank you so much for the amazing channel
