Show up to pranayama (or breath practice) and a moving meditation that lovingly wakes up mind and body, providing you the energy you need to conquer your day. Hips, heart, shoulders to feet. Create space in the lower back and cultivate healthy flow of energy through the spine. Use your breath to build strength, to move with intention and to Find What Feels Good.

    1. Nice to see the love from Nova Scotia. I live in Lower Sackville and have been a regular for a few years now. Adriene has been a god send.

    1. but if you enjoy what you’re doing, then you don’t want an end to be in sight. and doing yoga without enjoying it makes the practice useless πŸ˜‰ my goal in yoga is not to stop practising without forcing myself to do it every day if I’m not really feeling like practising. but everyone’s different, I’m not judging anyone’s approach. do what suits you best πŸ™‚

    3. c’mon I’m not saying you shouldn’t enjoy something, I literally wrote that you should do anything that’s best for you and said what’s best for me. just to share an opinion. which may be different from others’ opinion. which is natural. and normal. you don’t have to agree with everything. doesn’t mean someone’s approach is good and someone’s is bad.

    4. No, you said “doing yoga without enjoying it makes the practice useless”, implying all those of us who want to cross days off our checklist are not doing it right. You can enjoy something, find it challenging and want it to end, all at the same time. You made a condescending, judgy comment, just accept that and get on with your life.

  6. I really lost myself in this practice, Day 1 of our March FRESH. I found what feels good all through and loving it. I did a little loosening wiggle in that first forward fold, that was new and felt good. I’m feeling stronger by concentrating on your little reminders, following your voice … awesome ! The Warrior 2 Sequence was very enjoyable, right then repeated left, as we knew what was coming. We are so lucky to have you Adriene, many thanks πŸ§˜πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ™πŸ’žπŸ’ž

  8. Good Morning, Happy March! Yes, all the tingling was really nice and my body especially my legs needed this! A new semester has started for me and work on campus and I started off with wearing some painful shoes for two days and the pain is something I look forward to going away!!!!!!! I am now wearing some nice sleek black still professional looking slip on athletic shoes. I trembled all during the bum balance part and happy that I was alive! I thank you for the encouragement and did it because you said to try it; so do I need you to tell me to try something for me to do it, in this instance, yeah!!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚I really need you to know that with you saying, “try it” that gave me the internal strength to do just that; I appreciate you; Namaste πŸ™πŸ½πŸ’–πŸŒΉπŸŒž
