    1. Lucy Nicholson Hi Lucy, apologies for not replying to your comment sooner. Yoga is something slightly different to everyone I feel. This is a yoga-inspired workout, so yes, slightly different to my usual flows, but I always talk about the breath and how important it is to move in sync with that. Hopefully you found another flow of mine that you enjoyed more. Love & light xx

  7. I haven’t done a workout in like 6 months, just did three reps of this My glutes are sore and my forehead is dripping with sweat but I feel great. Thank you Cat Meffan for this great workout. It was much easier to this because it was yoga inspired and I’ve only been doing yoga lately.
